A new name. The same intention. Atten is becoming Remind.

A little help getting there

Let’s get you
back to your day.

Setup questions, a block that needs attention, or something about your account. Start here.

Looking for Atten? You’re in the right place. Remind is its upcoming new name. Read about the change →

01 / Getting started

Start small. Make it useful.

Choose a few apps or websites that interrupt one part of your day. Set a short session first, then try a repeating schedule or a daily limit when you know what works.

Screen Time or an app blocker: where should you start?
Which app should I download?

The available app is still called Atten. The download links on this site take you to that existing App Store listing; Remind has not been released under its new name yet.

What is the difference between a session, schedule, and limit?

A session gives you a block of time to focus now. A schedule repeats a block at chosen times. A daily limit sets a time allowance for selected apps. Begin with the option that matches the distraction you want to change.

Do I need an account?

You can use the current Atten app without signing in. An optional account supports features such as synchronizing your rules between devices. See the privacy information for how account and synchronization data are handled.

02 / Blocks & permissions

When a block needs attention.

Why does the iPhone app ask for Screen Time access?

Atten uses Apple’s Screen Time frameworks to apply app and website rules on iPhone and iPad. Without the required permission, those rules cannot work as expected. Follow the permission prompt in the app and check that its access remains enabled in your device’s Screen Time settings.

Raw Screen Time activity is processed on your Apple devices, as explained in the current app privacy policy.

An app or website is not being blocked. What should I check?
  1. Check that the app or website is in the rule you intended to use.
  2. Check that the session or schedule is active, or that the daily allowance has been reached.
  3. Check for an active break and confirm the required permissions are enabled.
  4. Try the same action again and note what happens.

If the problem continues, send us the steps and your app and operating system versions. Avoid deleting the app as a first troubleshooting step.

Can I make it harder to turn off Screen Time access?

The existing Atten help guide uses an iPhone Shortcuts automation to reopen Atten when Settings opens during protection. It adds friction; it is not a system lock or a guarantee that permissions cannot be changed.

03 / Account & purchases

The practical details.

How do I manage an App Store subscription or request a refund?

Apple provides subscription management and refund requests for purchases made through the App Store. Refund eligibility is decided through Apple’s process.

If a purchase is not appearing in the app, email us with the purchase type and what you see. Never send your Apple Account password or full payment details.

Do I need to change anything before the rename?

No action is required now. Keep using your current installation. The Atten website and support address remain available during the transition. We will publish release information when the renamed app is ready.

How do I ask about my account data?

Email support@atten.app to request access, correction, or deletion of your account information. Include the email associated with your account, but do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or recovery links.
